The Milford Opera House was built on Main Street in 1875. Its upper floor is now a 3,000-square-foot loft: one big open room with exposed brick and tall windows over downtown, two bedrooms with queen beds, a king bed in the living area, one bath, and a full kitchen.
The common area has a large projection television and the building’s original 1875 pool table. Out the back, a private deck looks over the Lower Mill Pond and the old railroad line. It sleeps six, and you’re a short walk from downtown restaurants, coffee, and shops.

Damage
Treat a 150-year-old building the way you would want to find it. If something does get damaged, tell the owner and the two of you will agree how to put it right.
Cancellation
Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Between 30 and 7 days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: no refund. Cancel within 48 hours of booking (if check-in is 7+ days away) for a full refund. If we re-book your cancelled dates, refunds increase automatically to match.
Check-In / Out
Check-in from 3:00 PM (arrival window 3–10 PM) · Check-out by 11:00 AM. Self check-in: the front door uses the August app, or there’s a keypad code on the back door — full details come two days before you arrive. No smoking. No parties. No pets.
