Bookings

• Submitting a request is an offer to book, not a confirmed reservation. A booking exists only when the owner approves and the deposit is charged.
• Stays are governed by the Rental Agreement and the House Policies shown on the booking page, which you accept when you submit a request.
• Availability shown on the calendar is kept in sync with other listing channels, but the owner’s booking records control in case of conflict.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, probing, or submitting false booking requests.
• Content on this site (text and photographs) belongs to the property owner and may not be reused without permission.

Disclaimer

• The site is provided as-is. We work to keep pricing and availability accurate; obvious errors (e.g. a $0 rate) don’t create a binding booking.
• To the extent permitted by law, the site operator’s liability arising from use of the site is limited to amounts paid through it. These terms are governed by Michigan law; venue is Oakland County, Michigan.
