Privacy Policy

This site is operated by the owner of The Milford Opera House, 339 N Main Street, Milford, MI 48381. It exists for one purpose: taking direct booking requests for the property.

What we collect

• Booking details you provide: name, email, phone, party size, arrival window, and any message you send the owner.
• Payment details are collected by Stripe directly — your card number never touches our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle it.
• A timestamped record of your agreement to the Rental Agreement and policies (our legal record of the booking).

How we use it

• To process your booking, payments, and refunds.
• To send transactional email about your stay (confirmations, receipts, check-in instructions). We don’t send marketing email.
• We never sell or share your information with third parties beyond the processors that run the site (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and our hosting provider, currently Netlify).

Retention and your rights

• Booking and payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Abandoned booking forms are deleted automatically within a day.
• Email stay@milfordoperahouse.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of anything we’re not legally required to keep.
