Privacy Policy

This site is operated by the owner of The Milford Opera House, 339 N Main Street, Milford, MI 48381. It exists for one purpose: taking direct booking requests for the property.

What we collect

• Booking details you provide: name, email, phone, party size, arrival window, and any message you send the owner.
• Payment details are collected by Stripe directly — your card number never touches our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle it.
• A timestamped record of your agreement to the Rental Agreement and policies, including a copy of the terms you were shown and the IP address the agreement was submitted from. That is our legal record of the booking.

How we use it

• To process your booking, payments, and refunds.
• To send transactional email about your stay (confirmations, receipts, check-in instructions). We don’t send marketing email.
• We never sell or share your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording, and sets no tracking cookies.
• The only parties who see any of it are the services the site is built on and the people who maintain it: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Neon (the database the booking records are stored in), Netlify (hosting), and Cornerstone Digital Systems LLC, who built and maintain the site and whose administrative access to it includes your booking record.

Retention and your rights

• Booking and payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• A booking form you start and don’t finish is deleted automatically about a day later, along with anything logged against it.
• Email stay@milfordoperahouse.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of anything we’re not legally required to keep.
